BBURRELL'S DAEDAEKEYKEY ACADEMY — TERMS OF USE & ENROLLMENT POLICY

By enrolling in BBURRELL'S DAEDAEKEYKEY ACADEMY ("DDKK Academy"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE

All DDKK Academy courses, training, trade examples, market discussions, resources, applications, live sessions, and related materials are provided for educational purposes only.

DDKK Academy does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice and does not guarantee profits, income, investment returns, or specific financial results. Trading and investing involve risk, including the potential loss of capital. Students are responsible for their own financial decisions and should evaluate their personal circumstances and risk tolerance before using real capital.

Students are encouraged to learn and practice using a demo account before applying their knowledge with personal funds.

COURSE ACCESS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Enrollment provides access to DDKK Academy materials for the access period associated with the student's enrollment plan. Certain bonuses or resources may have separate access terms.

All course videos, lessons, documents, trade examples, applications, graphics, methods, techniques, community content, live sessions, recordings, and other materials are the intellectual property of DDKK Academy and/or their respective owners.

Enrollment is for the individual student only. Students may not copy, reproduce, record, distribute, resell, publish, share login credentials, or provide Academy materials or access to another person without written permission.

Unauthorized sharing, distribution, misuse, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.

PAYMENT PLANS

By selecting a monthly payment plan, you authorize the payment method provided at checkout to be automatically charged according to the payment schedule displayed at the time of enrollment.

A payment plan is a commitment to the applicable enrollment plan and is not a month-to-month subscription unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout.

Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in temporary suspension or loss of Academy access. Payment processing and retry schedules may vary depending on the payment processor or platform.

If an enrollment is canceled due to failed or incomplete payments and the student later re-enrolls or restores access, a new billing schedule may apply.

7-DAY REFUND POLICY

Unless a specific offer states otherwise at checkout, students enrolling at regular pricing may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date, provided they have not accessed more than one course module.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within the applicable refund period.

DDKK Academy will verify the purchase date and course activity before determining eligibility. Once a refund request is approved, Academy access will be revoked.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by financial institution or third-party payment provider. Any non-refundable financing or processing fees charged by third-party providers are subject to that provider's policies.

No full or partial refunds will be issued after the applicable refund period.

SPECIAL OFFERS & PROMOTIONAL ENROLLMENT

Special offers, promotional pricing, presales, limited-time enrollment opportunities, and other discounted plans may have terms that differ from DDKK Academy's standard enrollment terms.

$99.97 Promotional Plan: Enrollment under the $99.97 promotional payment plan is final and non-refundable. The DDKK Academy standard 7-day refund policy does not apply to this promotional offer.

For all other promotional offers, the specific payment, cancellation, access, and refund terms disclosed at the time of enrollment will govern that enrollment.

CANCELLATION & ACCESS

Canceling or discontinuing participation does not automatically eliminate outstanding payment obligations associated with an agreed payment plan.

Students who no longer wish to continue should contact DDKK Academy Support regarding their enrollment and payment status.

DDKK Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of Academy policies, unauthorized distribution of materials, fraudulent activity, abusive conduct, misuse of Academy resources, or other material violations of these Terms.

PROGRAM CHANGES OR CLOSURE

DDKK Academy reserves the right to update, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue course materials, resources, services, schedules, platforms, or programs as necessary.

If DDKK Academy permanently cancels a program and can no longer provide the purchased access, DDKK Academy will determine the appropriate remedy based on the circumstances, which may include a full or prorated refund when applicable.

STUDENT RESPONSIBILITY

Results vary by individual. Enrollment does not guarantee that a student will complete the program, become profitable, generate income, achieve financial freedom, or obtain any particular financial result.

Students are responsible for completing the educational material, practicing the concepts taught, managing their own risk, and making their own trading and investment decisions.
